Fishing and the great outdoors are my passion and therapy in life. Even when I was a kid, I used to skip school sometimes and head to the local river in Belarus to fish. I lived in Israel for 18 years of my life, served in the IDF for 3 years and in 2010 came to California.
I never let the fishing rods out of my hands and always looked where to fish on the weekends. I joined Bass Busters of Santa Clara in 2013 and started to fish club tournaments to shape my skills from the back seat as a co-angler. On 2014, I placed first in a Individual October tournament at lake Berryessa. As a result, I was offered to fish the following season with my future fishing partner and mentor that I learned a’lot from as the season progressed.
In 2016 something amazing happened. Hard work and fishing local tournament circuits paid off. I won AOY from a back seat in our club. At this point, I decided to move forward and become a Captain and started a fishing Guide service on my favorite body of water, the Delta.
I love fishing, sharing knowledge, taking people out fishing and creating lifetime memories out on the water. I believe that fishing connects and gather people with different levels of experience and we continue to learn from each other to get better at our craft.
